How do I receive my digital products after purchase?
Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchased sample packs and plugins directly from your account dashboard.
Are Vox Samples royalty-free?
Yes, all samples and loops purchased from Vox Samples are 100% royalty-free. You can use them in your commercial music productions, broadcasts, and film scores without any additional fees.
What is your refund policy on digital software?
Due to the non-tangible nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases, please contact our support team within 14 days.
Which DAWs are compatible with your plugins?
