Vox Samples offers a 30-day return policy on all hardware and studio equipment to ensure your audio production setup meets your professional standards. Please note that digital software licenses and downloadable sound packs are non-refundable once the license key has been activated or the download has commenced.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Vox Samples

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
